Este maravilloso lugar es el Babylonstoren, en Sur África.
Es una de los viñedos más antiguos y mejor conservados del país, construido en el siglo 18 en estilo "Cape Dutch" (estilo holandés de El Cabo). Se ha reconvertido en una granja hotel de lujo con todas las comodidades. Interiores muy simples, pero a la vez muy lujosos. Cuenta con su propio huerto biológico, de frutas y verduras, que sirven en su restaurante Babel.
